FAQs

Snap-frozen fruits and vegetables can be stored in your freezer for up to 2 years from the date of harvest or production. Always check packaging for best-before dates.

To keep berries intact and avoid crushing:

  • Remove the amount you need
  • Spread them in a shallow container (like a baking tray)
  • Place in the refrigerator to thaw slowly
  • Handle gently once softened

Avoid thawing at room temperature or in warm water, as this can damage the fruit’s texture.

Once thawed, berries should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 2–3 days for best quality and taste.

Antioxidants are natural compounds found in many fruits and vegetables. They help protect your body from oxygen free radicals – unstable molecules that can damage cells and contribute to aging and diseases like cancer and heart disease.

Research shows that diets rich in antioxidant-packed foods—like frozen fruits and vegetables—can:

  • Lower the risk of cancer and heart disease
  • Support healthy aging
  • Protect against other degenerative conditions

Aim for 5–7 servings daily to maximize these benefits.

  • Wild Blueberries: Naturally grow in the wild, smaller in size, more intense in flavour, and higher in antioxidants.
  • Organic Wild Blueberries: Same wild origin, but grown and processed without synthetic chemicals, meeting certified organic standards.

Both are nutrient-dense and delicious—organic just adds that extra layer of purity.
